申请者提供的材料应包括以下几种：


1,COVER LETTER：COVER LETTER 很重要， 文章简明扼要的说明你申 请的目的， 以及你申请包裹中文件的内容，种类。范例：

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am applying for acceptance to pursue a International Master’s degree in XXXX

Xx at your university. My ingtended date of enrollment is September , XXXX.

Enclosed hereinwith are:1) a completed application form; 2) a copy of resume;3) my statement of purpose;4) my official transcripts; 5) English language certificate;

6)German language certificate; 7)reference letters;8) my work certificates 9) degree certificate.

I will be looking forward to hearing of your decision regarding my application. If you need any other information or materials, please let me know promptly.

2,学历证明：我的经验 1) 不必一定要去公证处公证， 学校盖红章的他们也认可。当然公证处公证的会增加可信度。2)大学未毕业的朋友也不用急，一方面和德国大学联系说明现在你正大四就读，即将拿到学位证；另一方面你可让学校出一个证明。我申请时也正是大四下学期，我就让学院出了以下一个证明：

Smart,male, born in xx,19xx,was admitted to the Department of xxxx Engineering of XXXX University through the National University Entrance Examinations (NCEE) in fall 1996. In the past 3.5 years,he has passed all the required courses.He will be awarded the Degree of Bachelor of Engineering in July , 2000 according to the Stipulation of the Regulations of Academic Degrees of the People’s Republic of China.
